A Solution to Bot-Driven Scalping
Overview
This project details the design process and user interface (UI) prototype for a mobile application that simplifies acquiring high-demand products. Following Lean Design principles, the project focused on rapid iteration and user testing within a limited timeframe (2 sprints).
Problem
The retail purchasing process currently prioritizes quick sales without considering consumer preferences or needs, leading to a lack of personalized experiences. Current products and services overlook the importance of prioritizing consumers over profit, resulting in sales to non-interested parties and potential frustration for genuine customers.
Outcome
This project resulted in a user-tested, interactive UI prototype demonstrating the core functionalities of the app. The lean design approach allowed for efficient iteration and validation of design concepts, ensuring a user-centered foundation for further development.
